From an unlearned heart
Commit to the common good
Desire a disciple's breast plate
Shielded by good value
It is not trouble
That confuses your spirit
Selfish will be an undisciplined shell
Races past your happiness
Warm yourself with honest desire
Do not contemplate sorrow
Look with your crystal eyes
A sparrow awaits inside
