I had hoped to mail you an actual card or something in time for your birthday, but man this summer's been uber-busy. This blog service is really cool so I can at least wish you what will end up as a Happy Belated Deflated Birthday! Raise a glass to the Dude getting released soon.
It was good to get your letter about moving from medium day camp to minimum day camp status. Take a good chance to appreciate this time to focus on yourself as I know you are. Press the reset button and fix it all. "Keep taking it easy for all us sinners..."
I heard a stat the other day that 80% of inmates, when released, end up back in jail. My immediate thought was, "Well the Dude will be in the 20% then."
Do you have a list prepared for when you get out? That would be interesting. Any guesses as to when you'll be out?
I had no idea about Big Lebowski II. Awesome, but where will they go from here?! Haha. Hope the Coens are doing it. They will have to recruit Quintana to help them roll now that Donny is gone. What's a pederast, Walter?
Scoutmaster, Soccer Comp Coach, Job, Side Jobs, etc. all keeps me busier than I'd like, but it almost keeps me out of trouble.
