Chuckle of the Week: The #1 top selling costume for Halloween this year? Big Bird! I love the thought of dressing up as Big Bird carrying an Obama campaign sign....Muppets in general have always seemed more "left-leaning", haven't they?
Fuck it/Bucket-full of Gratitude=Indian summer goes on still, here in the birthplace of Thanksgiving! Plus, I get to spend Thanksgiving here in its birthplace!

This month holds a few landmarks for me, including 2 yuears of being incarcerated,various anniversaries of family deaths, most notably my maternal grandmother's (16 years), and my own father's (3 years).Miss you, Grandma, and I miss you, Dad, and think of you daily. Hope you're both well wherever you are...love you tons...

Elections 2012
(Oh, yeah...um...those were today, right?)
Did you see the 2nd Presidential debate? Yeah! All to throw-down-drag-out minutes of it? I say we just let Obama and Romney duke it out on live pay-per-view (with proceeds going to PBS, of course)! My money's on Obama by the way...if that doesn't pan out, well, fuck it, I say...we'll just make Big Bird our next Commander-in-Chief. Snuffleuffagus (sp?) would make a great VP, wouldn't he?
Also, this month marks 25 years since a horrific car accident I had...and gratefully, I'm still around, and looking forward to going home soon,whenever that moment comes. I'm also looking forward to taking what I've learned from this current experience, and moving on with things. It's been an interesting and growth-driven ride, I must say. Here's to lessons learned, I suppose.

dude, i was drinking a Dew while reading your Daily Zen about the Weebles...it started out so serious like your usual daily Zen, but when you changed to the Weebles, I seriously almost spit out my Dew laughing so hard! Hilar! That jingle is catchy...just like Co-stanza! I wonder how Ipswitch is, too.
I'm working two jobs right now: one for Nike in their new Lehi store as a retail assoc (their title is Full Time Athlete) so I can get health care and benefits. It's a great job. I'm in footwear and I love shoes, so it's great. I remember our first pair of Nikes. They only started in 1972 as a company. Hard to believe we're all that old. My second job is my own business I started called Advertising Sherpa. You can see the logo and bones of my website at www.advertisingsherpa.com. Note how the Arrow crosses the A and completes the S. :) Pointing North East with results, guiding you to the top! I have several clients and am super busy with that. It's awesome.
Peggy works at the elementary school and is just about done with PTA President. Her relapsing polychondritis is flaring a lot lately, forcing her to slow down or it'll kill her faster.
Carter's epilepsy meds really zombify him, but he's hanging. Still lead singer in his band. Very talented musically.
Ryker is playing comp soccer, getting good grades, and slowly building a harem of girl friends.
Tanner is breaking hearts all over the place, don't get that he is, and is super funny. He can assemble complicated legos so quickly. I got him the X-Wing and M. Falcon for Christmas. Sweet! We're gluing those legos!
Kemmer is super cute, sings like an angel, and enjoyed Karate. If she can escape her brothers' crass lingo, she'll be safe!
How was your Christmas?! Ha. Always loved it when you said that at various times during the year. Keep the Savior's sacrifice in mind and try to be like him. Peace will come. All these things...right? I'm encouraged by your attitude these incarcerated years and look forward to a might humble Bumble once released! You'll always be my best friend man. Cuz I love ya! Otherwise, you'd be lying in that meat wagon beside him!
