THE MAN FROM ST. PETERSBURG

Today I finished an excellent novel called The Man From St. Petersburg, by Ken Follett. It's about a militant anarchist who conspires to assassinate the Russian ambassador to England in order to prevent the signing of a treaty that would bring Russia into World War I. It's a moving tale with lots of drama and intrigue. It is utterly unpredictable. So I would highly recommend it.
