Greetings! My name is Troy, and I am a 37 year old native of Brooklyn, New York. I have been held captive since 2003 for crimes that I proclaim to be innocent of, and I will never cease declaring my innocence until my innocence is proven, and my freedom is restored. To add to my misfortunes, I was cruelly placed in solitary confinement in 2005, and we are approaching 2022 and I am still being held captive in these isolated conditions.

Since 2012, this blog has been a platform for my "voice" to be heard, and given me an opportunity to provide insight, motivation, inspiration, and also highlight my experiences (my experiences is also highlighted on prisonkillspodcast #prisonkills). I reach out beyond these prison walls to send my greetings, blessings, and "sunlight". I reach out from the depths of my captivity, with high hopes that you will reach back. It's unfortunate that my introduction to you is from behind these prison walls, but this place does not define me, it only confines me. This place keeps me trapped and caged up physically, but it's unable to shackle and handcuff my mind.
