Hello.

My name is John Thompson. I'm 49 years old. I've been incarcerated for the past 30 years because of a miscarriage of justice. In spite of my incarceration, I'm a civil rights and human rights advocate. I love to read history, theology, sociology, and anything pertaining to the law. I'm a very compassionate, loyal, and considerate person.

I may be locked in a cage physically but psychologically, intellectually, and spiritually, I'm free. I believe that all human beings have self-worth, i.e. that all people deserve to be treated with compassion. I have a great sense of humor, I love poetry, and all types of sports.

I would like to correspond with any person(s) who can relate to me as a human being. People who desire to have a firsthand account of the criminal justice system, and how innocent men and women are convicted.
