Hello, blogger world!
As people are going to read all the stories and find fault at most, I, for one, will say, "Don't judge the book by its cover." Let's face it: according to Newsweek, March 28-April 4, 2011 magazine, "How Ignorant Are You?", the polling of average people took a civic test on government history. Out of 25 questions, 62 percent of Americans passed. The margin of error +-3%. I just hope the 35 percent left were not sitting on my jury. But again, I was found guilty. I just wish I had an attorney like Harry's Law (a TV show on NBC)!
You all know how we get jury notices in the mail every 9-12 months and hate the possibility of even going to court, let alone actively getting picked for a case where you are a jury member, There is no schooling for this, and all the "innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt" is not it works! Did I mention only 6% of Americans got, "How many amendments does the Constitution have," right? Don't forget the +-3%! The law does say that you're only entitled to a fair trial, not a perfect one. Well, at least I will find comfort knowing the 82 year to life sentence was fair! LOL
I am innocent in my case, and I am trying to appeal for a new trial. I am not the best writer or storyteller or even a good speller, but I wish I was! My name and address are:
