My name is Tecumseh Colbert. I'm a 29-year-old man, incarcerated at San Quentin State Prison in California. I'm hoping to establish meaningful relationships with people out in society, but also deliver my work out to the people and to the world with the sole purpose of giving back to the people and communities around the world.

I am the author of 8 novels and founder of the State Raised Foundation where I'm trying to develop a line of change in our world with our people and bringing a better understanding and knowledge of prison and prisoners and people in society. Every human being wants love, to be loved; and if we all can come together as people and give love to one another, our world would be a better place for ourselves and for our children. And through this site, I'm hoping to touch people, and meet people, and to deliver my work to the world.
