My name is Bob Williams. I am 37 years old and on death row. I was arrested when I was 18 and have been here ever since.

Death row, San Quentin Prison has been my home, my island, my monastery, my cave, my sanctuary, my desert, my university, my dojo. I am a deeply spiritual individual, a spiritual alchemist traversing the vast, endless expanse of the Kosmos, searching for the Philosopher's Stone, turning my carnal lead form into the gold of immortality. I am a meager samurai, the mystic spiritual warrior serving Creation, the Universe, humanity, my nation... you.

I am a student, an artist, a philosopher. I am a man who is dead, yet in death, I am life.

This is my voice, a means of expressing to the world at large who I am, my philosophies, beliefs, art. My essence. This is my proof of existence, my path, my journey, my martial art, and my life.
