Wrongfully Convicted—Free MJ

If you search Sean Riker, one of the many results will start out: "I met Sean Riker in 1998, after he was released from the segregation unit for having misused a hammer to bash the brains in of an old man in the..."

Let's clear the air, shall we? First off, I cannot use names of inmates according to rules here, so you'll have to do a little digging, but MJ is very much connected to my name. It won't be hard to figure things out.

Secondly, I had my people print off the rest of MJ's story and lemme tell ya, I fell out! LMFAO! It was one of the greatest pieces of falsehoods about me that I have ever read. BUT I LOVED IT! MJ tries to make himself look like Mary Poppins and make me look like this psychopath.

There are too many mistruths to clear everything up, but I will start off by saying that the "old man" he alleges that I bashed the brains in of, was actually younger than me. It wasn't a hammer. It was a 2"x4" board at the prison factory. I was working on the production line as the painter. I sprayed arms of office chairs that hung on a conveyor belt. I felt something hit my back. It was a two-inch wooden dowel.

I seen the "old man" laughing. I said, quit effing around. He threw another one. I could hear him laughing. I said, seriously, I don't play like that. He threw another one and laughed and said, You ain't gonna do shit anyway... and he threw the 2"x4" at me when I turned my back. It hit me in the head. I picked up the wood, hit him once in the head and went back to work. He went to the cop and told on me. The end. He started it. I finished it. USP Florence is very violent. One slip, and you get a 2"x4" upside your head. In the hole, he sent me a note profusely apologizing. I forgave him.

Now MJ's story is fairly long, but there are a few topics/false allegations that I can debunk quite simply: he calls me a confidential informant that seeks protective custody. NOT TRUE. I have never told on anything, and I have never sought protective custody. HE DID. During his federal case, at an evidentiary hearing in Denver, he testified on his own behalf. Look up the judge's ruling on United States v. [MJ], in the amended ruling of February 13, 2015, the judge REDACTS MJ's testimony: "50[J] testimony... 51. [redacted], 53. [redacted], 54. [redacted], 60. [redacted]..."

In these redacted statements of MJ's HE ADMITS TO BEING A CONFIDENTIAL INFORMANT SEEKING PROTECTIVE CUSTODY, AND HE FEARS FOR HIS LIFE BECAUSE HE GOT CAUGHT TEELING ON PEOPLE.

Everything in MJ's story is a work of fiction. It'd be true if he inserted his name where he inserted mine. COURTS DO NOT REDACT ANYTHING unless there's a good reason. Being a confidential informant is one of them. Why else would the court redact a convicted killer's testimony? Boom! Debunked.
