Sir, or any interested party,
I want you to see with your own eyes an active model of this idea I've had since 2002. It looks like students at UC Davis beat me to manifestation. Damn! :) Go USA!
Please contact Professor Sid England on the campus of UC Davis and request a tour of what they are calling "The West Village."
This is proof that this idea can work, so please ask Gov. Brown, A.G. Harris, and the energy department reps, and the director of CDCR to take the town with you, so all of you can see and do a Q&A with Mr. English.
Go online and check it out before you invite the others. Enjoy the town. I was laughed at in 2006 by unit staff about this idea. UC Davis has now given you a visual to bring, an end to the laughter! I've seen the rooftops form this prison, and how are we not doing this?
