FAILURE TO RESPOND TO POSTAL CUSTOMERS

Dear Sir/Madam:

Please consider this my formal complaint against the Postmaster, of the Shirley, Massachusetts (01464) post office, due to the fact that Postmaster refuses to respond to inquiries from postal customers concerning mishandling of mail in the Shirley District.

I am a Massachusetts state prisoner who is currently confined at MCI Shirley Medium in Shirley, Massachusetts. My constitutional rights of use of the mails.access to the courts are still protected, no matter my state prisoner status, and when I have attempted to ascertain if mail mishandling I had been subjected to was the fault of Department of Correction employees, or of the Shirley, Msssachusetts post office, my inquiries of Postmaster have all been ignored.
