Dear Jme,

Thank you for your comments, I appreciate hearing from you and what you have to say. Please do not apologize for your delayed response. I understand how difficult things must be for you. I was excited to hear that you are also in school. Don't give up, education is everything and knowledge is power. What type of schooling are you enrolled in? I would like to donate some books to help you expand your thinking. I have philosophy books, I have The Republic of Plato, Sophocles' Antigone, I have sociology books, I have Aristotle's Nicomachean ethics. I have a lot of good books. Have you ever heard of a book called The People's History of the United States by Howard Zinn? Well, I will donate whatever books you need to help you with your schooling.

I'm sorry to hear that you are struggling to stay productive. Just remember that you are a strong woman, you are a good woman and use all your spare time to achieve what needs to be accomplished to get you ahead in life. Jme, try to learn how to find the blessing in pain. Practice observing the pain rather than owning it. Remember that everything in life is a learning experience. I wish I could break this down deeper, but, I really don't want to get all personal on the computer. Just don't lose focus, keep your lens focused on your future. When you KNOW rather than BELIEVE you will discover that you have and always had the ability to achieve your purpose in life.

Yes, I have received confirmation that the FCC will be conducting an inquiry. I just mailed the paperwork to a prison activist. I would like to share it with you when it is returned to me. It is hard to obtain xerox copies in here so that is why I mail it back and forth through the mail.

My studies are going good, I am in MU-118: Music Appreciation and SO_207: Sociology of Minority Groups.

Right now I found some peace, my sentence might be getting overturned. I am waiting for a decision from the highest court in Massachusetts. Let's hope that for all the injustice I've suffered, I get a little justice back. Martin Luther King Jr. once said:

"Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere."

In solidarity,

Michael Gomes
