The Death Row Poet

Clouded Views by Ronald W. Clark
I sit on death row day after day
Watching my life waste away
Yet I think back on a life I once had
Where times now don't seem so bad
Thinking of all the love I had
But the drugs surely clouded my view
And ruined my life and others too

Life As I See It
Life as I see it surely can't be
The way we live life back here unfree
For this is truly not a life
And anyone can see
That life back here just isn't meant to be

Dear Jess,
Good morning! I received your comments last night. Thank you for writing. My address is the same:

Ronald W. Clark Jr. #812974
Union Correctional Institution P-6115
7819 N.W. 228th Street
Raiford, FL 32026-4460

As you can see things have really improved since that unethical warden was removed. Just got my regular recreation back last week, so things are looking up. I look forward to you dropping me a letter. Please take care of yourself, and I hope to hear from you soon.

God bless
In peace and love,
Ronnie :)
