Update

Friday, April 18th, 2014. Wisconsin state appeal.
District IV court of (April 18th, 2014 Wis. 4th Dist.), located in Madison, reversed a Dane County Circuit Court dismissing (Decision) 2010 Capital Protestors Lawsuit challenging the capital
limitations on their right to protest Republican Gov. Scott Walker's eliminating state workers' union rights. Although Dane County District Attorney dismissed the petitions issued against the
protestors by Capitol police, the appeal court reinstated their lawsuit and returned it to the lower circuit court.

Rights. The Cost of Opposition would be too High! Ask Dr. MLK, Jr.!!!!!!!

Mr. Dyson is the dangerous demagogue Aristotle warned the masses not to follow! Please heed!!!!

Let's not linger too long in his heated, blatant sophism.

Let's get to the point. He too loudly proclaims: "Collins and Sam make one thing clear: real black men can be gay, and gay black men can be saved, not from their sexuality, which is not a sin, but from our self-righteous condemnation.
Sam, and a million more like him, may prove to be greater men with closer ties to G-d than their Naysayers could ever hope to be."

I won't question his authority (Is he a prophet or deity?!) to define what is "sin"!

However, I do question: why play the race card!! Here!

But I strongly push back against his too clever argument to redefine universal "man" and "manhood" into Collins and Sam's image!!!

Like Nietzsche, we ask Mr. Dyson to define his terms before he preaches to us!!

What the heck is a "Man" - sir??

Is made an expression of black manhood!

Like Socrates (Rumored to be gay!) I question:

Is a football player a man, because he plays [and sacking] football black manhood, but you also included the NBA player into your mixed sexual metaphor!!!!!

Isn't your argument sexist?

Is magnificent, talented WBA star Brittney Griner dunking a basketball proof of "Black Man" and manhood and "masculine" too!

Sir, at long last, why must you and "Hollywood" play the race card in your "sexual orientation revolution"??

XOXO!!

BOW: With love and respect to wonderful one- Han. Griner!!!

It's very interesting that you alluded to Nietzsche! I definitely think a lot of topical debates are heated, partly because the opponents do not define the terms they are using. If they should more clearly define their terms, they might see where the root of disagreement is. If the disagreement is over something so fundamental, such as whether any system of morals is "right" or "objective", then the opponents might agree to disagree, hopefully in a more civil manner. I think you're spot-on, in pointing out ambiguities in topical issues. Keep writing, man! Can't wait to read the next post!

Talk about patience! I remember when the Wisconsin protests erupted in 2011. It was even a hot button issue among the public school teachers in my area. If a law or bill is being passed in one state, it might be passed in your own. I guess this "money judgment day" teaches us that sometimes we need to be ready for the long haul, when it comes to legal battles. Even though the outcome seems invisible, it is still there, and will be upon us someday. Speaking of which, I looked into the Jeff Decker stories. Apparently he has been banned from the Oshkosh campus for a year; this ban started in February 2015 or so. Some people make protesting what they see as systematic injustice their lifelong passion. For example, community members called on one university to put in a trauma center, on account of nearby gang shootings and car accidents. They wanted a center close-by and equipped to deal with trauma-level injuries. Both community members and college students protested to have this center built. Many were even arrested! It was a very serious affair. Eventually the university agreed to building the trauma-center, I think. While we're at it, I recommend looking at the case of Shirley Sherrod. She got into some hot water back in 2010. Evidently she was portrayed falsely, and filed a defamation suit against Andrew Breitbart and Larry O'Connor. The suit was finally settled on undisclosed terms in 2015. Again: patience in those legal matters. It's a long battle, but it has to end someday. Alright, thanks for the update! Keep doing what you're doing -- staying on top of legal matters, both local and national. It keeps an honest and informed American citizenry. Take care!
