Should Legislative Race Power To Appoint Local Judges? Amendment 3
Mostly definitely because majority of these lawyers, DA, and judges are relatives, either they close friends that play golf together, went to school together, or just best friends. A lot of people cases are discussed before the defendant gets into the courtroom. They have already discussed what they going to give you. I am living reciprocal of this. I was told before I even stepped into the courtroom what sentence I was going to be given. My case was discussed with a lot of people before I went to trial.
I reported my judge A. Wallace Cato to the JDUC because I [illegible] him from touching my [illegible]'s because he was my trial judge. He was not about to correct his own mistakes. He touched my motim anyway. Because they sentence the most people to prison. My judge A. Wallace Cato is known for sentencing most people to prison. He has been on the bench for decades. He will tell you he is untouchable because the people keep voting him back in.
Anybody who is voting for Sheriff Wendel Cofer, Judge A. Wallace Cato, DA Joseph Muleholland, Judge Chasm, Judge Billy Gyzanthum, Bainbridge, GA needs to get these people out of their positions because your due process will be denied. They don't care if you are innocent. You will be sent to prison. They need to be voted out. Bainbridge has never had another race in those seats. It's always been white. Majority of the upper office has always been whites. We have never had a black or any other race. Donaldsville, GA Seminole County is the same. We need some diversity in these little towns. It is very hard for poor people in these counties. To get back in the courts is hard for poor blacks. Things need to be changed.
