[?]Stneotser, thank you for your comments with which I firmly agree. Societies are judged by history and I don't believe history will be kind to America's policy on crime and punishment anymore than it will be kind to our endless wars, our lack of compassion for the poor, or our billions spent on drones that rain death from the sky while children starve and homelessness is rampant in America. I'm glad to see some in society share some of my views.
