Hi guys at between the bars just to
let you know how it is with the phone situation hearing
MCI has the contract with the State of California
and its not good. Myself and most others here
that want to call family and friends have to put
up a fifty dollar deposit before we can even make
a call out and being the way the economy is its
hard for most of our families to come up with
that amount of money on top of the price of a phone
call; so most of us do without calling people
