Hello SAH:
What is the point of again complaining to the same official offices? Merely holding a small piece of paper to the air vent that isn't attached to anything tells me that previous attempts to have the thing remedied don't work.
Your heartfelt defense of the dept. of correction betrays an affiliation or actual employment. Am I right?
