Reflections to the Universe
[Is there anybody out there?]
"Hating the Beautiful" by Rebecca Mead, www.allure.com, December 2011, p. 172
One black man in defense of Omarosa Manigault Stallworth, a lovely and unique dusty jewel [on NBC "The Apprentice"], a minister in her faith; a lover of black men... against the haters.
Unlike TV characters in ABC "Scandal", Fox "New Girl", CBS "The Bold and Beautiful", to name a few.
The same old Hollywood stereotypical black obese, unattractive women, is being casting as false images of black womanhood inundating our media. Examples, ABC "The View"; ABC "General Hospital"; Fox "Wendy Williams"; and movies "Precious" etcetera. Whom morph into men in drag (Kenan Thompson) on NBC "Saturday Night Live".
The rare and few beautiful black women are given white men lovers. Examples ABC "Scandal" and movies "The Bodyguard"... etcetera.
But not our beautiful lady Omarosa.
On March 25, 2013, CBS "The Talk" multimillionaires, roundtable barnyard gossipers, turned their venom and hatred on the lovely and unique Omarosa.
The black female, married to a white man, using racial slurs calling her a disgrace to black women and a murderer. Don't hate her because she is beautiful.
And the other black woman, who is larger (plus size) than the other three panelists combined, also piled on our black queen Omarosa. Shame on you; who replaced lovely queen Holly Robinson Pete. Don't hate her because she is beautiful.
Several years ago comedian George Lopez (formerly TV Lopez Night) joked Kirstie Alley looked like the Geico pig, and Wendy Williams looked like a man on ABC "Dancing With the Stars". The immediate outraged pushback made him apologize only to Ms. Alley, which was broadcast to the world on ABC.com weekend news.
Mum all around on his Ms. Williams remarks.
Mr. Lopez lost his TV show shortly afterwards.
The bold and outrageous black comedians and gangsta rappers have one salient shtick in common, in only attacking the vulnerable African-American class.
What's matter, scared of white folks!
Mr. Donald Trump, while firing her, defended our beautiful Omarosa.
Now here: don't hate on our intelligent, vim, ethical and enterprising, Omarosa, because she is beautiful.
