"EARTHLY RICHES"

For the past month I've been watching alot of church programs and listening to preachers. And I've heard them tell people how easy it is to be a Christian, which is misleading! For Christ makes a statement after the rich man fails to obey Him and sell all of his possessions in Mark 10:17-31. But in verse 24 Christ says "CHILDREN HOW HARD IS IT TO ENTER THE KINGDOM OF GOD!" That's a statement not a question. He's telling you straight up, it is hard to enter the Kingdom of God. The rich man is ONE, disobedient to what Christ tells him. TWO, he's greedy and more focused on his earthly wealth than heavenly treasures. And THREE, and the foremost is he has no intentions of following Christ, as Christ instructed him to do in verse 21.

Christ warns over and over about earthly wealth and building up for yourselves treasures here on earth. Read the parable of the shrewd manager Luke 16:1-15 and Christ say's in verse 15 to the Pharisees "you are the one who justifies yourselves in the eye's of men, but God knows your hearts. WHAT IS HIGHLY VALUED AMONG MEN IS DETESTABLE IN GOD'S SIGHT. What do we value, money, power, sex, control. For where there's money, there's power, and where there's power there's sex, and where there's money, power, and sex, there's control. This is why Christ says "you cannot serve both God and money." See LK 16:13 and MT 6:24. Look what James writes in James 4:4 "you adulterous people, don't you know that friendship with the world is hatred towards God? Anyone who chooses to be a friend of the world, becomes an enemy of God." You people who say my preacher does miracles and heals the sick and casts out demons and prophesizes with earthly wealth, etc., etc., so it must be the will of Christ, it's done in His name. To that I say read Matthew 7:15-23. Verse 21 Christ say's "not everyone who says to me Lord Lord, will enter the Kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven." "MANY WILL SAY TO ME ON THAT DAY LORD LORD DID WE NOT PROPHESY IN YOUR NAME AND IN YOUR NAME DRIVE OUT DEMONS AND PERFORM MANY MIRACLES?" THEN i WILL TELL THEM PLAINLY, 'I NEVER KNEW YOU, AWAY FROM ME YOU EVILDOERS!" So Christ just warned you about these con art preachers who are doing miracles in His name. These preacher's who have turned His suffering and precious blood into a billion dollar industry. Whose using His name to milk money and earthly riches from the poor, to finance their lavish life style where they can drive brand new cars, own boats, million dollar homes, build mega churches that they can preach in and feel like a King. Cause I'll give them this, they worship not God, they worship the mighty dollar. And those who follow behind them blindly are just as guilty as these false preachers. For you are following man not Christ. And man's heart is evil. We are too easily corrupted, see Timothy 6:10 "FOR THE LOVE OF MONEY IS A ROOT OF ALL KINDS OF EVIL. Some people eager for money have wandered from the faith, and pierced themselves with many griefs."

But we are the children of a King, "we should be able to live like the children of Kings. But not with earthly wealth, because with earthly wealth comes the sin of worshipping your wealth. Cause now your wealth earthly possessions you've put before God, you disobey Christ. You go to false teachers who are now going to tell you what you want to hear and not what you need to hear. The truth don't fit with this love of the world. Your wealth possessions, houses, cars, gold, diamonds all become number one. Christ and His commandments and the love for Him has now slipped to number two. See John 2:15-17 DO NOT LOVE THE WORLD OR ANYTHING IN THE WORLD. IF ANYONE LOVES THE WORLD THE LOVE OF THE FATHER IS NOT IN HIM. FOR EVERYTHNG IN THE WORLD - THE CRAVINGS OF SINFUL MAN, THE LUST OF HIS EYES AND THE BOASTING OF WHAT HE HAS AND DOES - COMES NOT FROM THE FATHER BUT FROM THE WORLD. The world and it's desires pass away, but the man who does the will of God lives forever. See also John 5:3-5 THIS IS LOVE FOR GOD; TO OBEY HIS COMMANDS. AND HIS COMMANDS ARE NOT BURDENSOME, FOR EVERYONE BORN OF GOD OVERCOMES THE WORLD. THIS IS THE VICTORY THAT HAS OVERCOME THE WORLD, EVEN OUR FAITH. WHO IS IT THAT OVERCOMES THE WORLD? ONLY HE WHO BELIEVES THAT JESUS IS THE SON OF GOD.

Those who say they believe yet wallow in sin and the desires of wealth are liars. See John 2:4-6. THE MAN WHO SAYS "I KNOW HIM" BUT DOES NOT DO WHAT HE "COMMANDS" IS A LIAR, AND THE TRUTH IS NOT IN HIM. BUT IF ANYONE OBEYS HIS WORD, GODS LOVE IS TRULY MADE COMPLETE IN HIM. THIS IS HOW WE KNOW WE ARE IN HIM. WHO EVER CLAIMS TO LIVE IN HIM MUST WALK AS JESUS DID.

So if your not walking as Christ did, and your not obeying His commands, instructions, and your following blindly behind these false teachers in these mega churches, then my friend your going to find yourself rejected in a puddle of tear's on the left hand side of Christ. Read Matthew 25:31-46 Christ said "this is my command love each other" John 15:17

If you are a true child of God, you will hold fast to His teaching. You will be 100% committed to Him and Him alone. You will obey the teaching, the instructions that Christ left for you. You can believe what I'm telling you, because I have nothing to gain by sharing this and secondly and most importantly, I'm supporting it with scripture. And there's none of this means that or that this. It means what it says and it says what it means. Jeremiah 17:9 THE HEART IS DECEITFUL ABOVE ALL THINGS AND BEYOND CURE. Trust man and we will deceive you. My advice is trust only in God not in man. For we are man and we are evil. He said "away from me you evildoes. I do not know you."

Look I'd love to have my faith restored. I'd love to not only follow the teachings of Christ but to stop the misguided who are being deceived, but if I return, I will only return with true faith. And man can't restore my faith. I don't trust him. If I'm delivered through Divine healing we will be talking. If not, well I'll be one who if I'm wrong will be standing on the left hand side of Christ with alot of rejected Christians who hated Christ commands and would not obey.

Please take care and if you are one of the faithful stay strong in your faith, but remember, faith is a step, obedience is the journey that leads to the Kingdom of Heaven.
