FUNDAMENTAL FAIRNESS DENIED
(Part three of three)

As I begin writing this third blog entry of the three part series - I want to stress I am sitting in a solitary cell on Florida's death row, a falsely imprisoned man. An innocent man conflicted by the knowledge on an execution scheduled to take place here at 6.00pm tonight. My having to deal with the confliction of emotions surging through me as an innocent who has survived thirty years falsely imprisioned with condemned murders, is crazy. Crazy, because when I think about where the greatest threat to my thirty years of survival has come from, it leaves me questioning: who should I be siding with? I know there are men here guilty of committing some truly heinous crimes. Even so, I try to judge each man here by the way they carry themselves, and show me how they want to be treated. On the other side of the coin, the most heinous individuals I have come in contact with over the past thirty years, are the racketeers operating inside Florida's legal community, who prey off the unfortunates caught in their snares of death. Making the answer to my dilemma of who to side with an easy decision to make!

Florida's death penalty scheme has to be abolished, and those guilty of wantonly obstructing justice in my case, prosecuted! These criminals should not have any right to claim impunity from their deliberate breaking of the law. The evidence that I was railroaded/framed for the murder of Butch, is overwhelming. I became a victim the moment it was decided the evidence would be contrived to make me appear undispatably guilty of murder, and then sentenced to death. The fact is that the injustice I suffer has been allowed to continue for over thirty years is the benchmark of heinousness. It is a sentence of death by terror, torture, and premeditated malice, carried out by brazen criminals who have turned Florida's legal system into an enterprise of racketeers profiteering off of death.

The tentacles of corruption within Florida's legal community have even tainted the leadership of the anti-death penalty groups who have adopted the adages of not rocking the boat, or upsetting the apple cart. In other words these groups place the welfare of the many above of that few. I call these people the ninety-eight percent-ers. Robin Hoods of the guilty who disavow the innocent. Their hideous behaviour is less obvious, but in all regards they are enablers to the racketeers. Through passing out poison apples to the family members, loved ones and friends of the innocent who come to them seeking help, using fear as an emotional control to destabilize any insurgency that goes against their philosophy of irreconcilable conflict of interest which serves to harm the innocent even more. Since the message is to trust the legal process, due to it being irrational to upset those who hold the power of life, or death...

Apathy is another poison apple of the cart enabling Florida's corrupt death penalty scheme to function without fear of reproach. Silently condoning the unthinkable truth of innocent people being terrorized, tortured, and executed by criminals disguised as the morally just. Serving societies lust for revenge from the pulpits of an eye for an eye. While unwittingly reenforcing those shouting to kill them all and let God sort them out! With a false sense of havign no guilt in the process. Had the jurors in my case heard the truth instead of the evidence contrived to make me appear overwhelmingly guilty, they would not have returned an unanimous verdict of guilt beyond a reasonable doubt raising the question why thirty years later am I still falsely imprisoned? Maybe a more important question I should ask is that after reading about my plight to vindicate myself of any kind of murder, are you going to offer me assistance?

I am struggling to make ends meet every day as I fight for my life against what seems like insurmountable odds. My reality is without help to network my side of the story I will be executed or held falsely imprisioned until I die of natural causes. In either case, my fight to vindicate myself will have been left in the hands of the racketeers who want me dead... they have controlled my representation before the courts and have already created the record how they want it to read. This blog allows me the opportunity to set the record straight. Without funds, and support to help me continue battling against the injustice I suffer; apathy will be the poison that helps to kill me. I am about at wits end as I beg for help to even sustain myself daily within the dungeon walls of Florida's death row, where it seems no one on the outside can hear me.

DUNGEON OF DESPAIR

THE QUEEN SAID OFF WITH HIS HEAD
THESE WORDS I HEARD TO MY DREAD
LOCK HIM IN THE DUNGEON UNTIL THAT DAY
NO ONE WILL HEAR WHAT HE HAS TO SAY
THE QUEEN HAD ISSUED HER DECREE
THE FATE SHE ISSUED IMPOSED ON ME
TAKE HIM AWAY TO HIS CELL
WHERE HE WILL FEEL THE PAINS OF HELL
LET HIS CRIES BE SILENT TO ALL
NOT TO BE HEARD BEYOND THE DUNGEON WALLS
WHERE APATHY WILL TAKE CONTROL
PLANTING SEEDS OF DESPAIR UPON HIS SOUL
LET HIS CRIES ECHO BOTH DAY AND NIGHT
ONLY THE DUNGEON WALLS WILL HEAR HIS PLIGHT
LET NO ONE SAY THE QUEEN IS WRONG
I REFUSE TO HEAR I ABUSE MY THRONE...
