Dear Rita,
No, I can't help him anymore. He's not even supposed to talk to me. Since all this happened, this guy signed out of the drug program. So, he was placed in the Hole + transferred.
And yes, very few dare to oppose the system, + since I'm in the federal system, it's even harder to change anything.
