Dear Rita,
Life is going okay. Some are good and some are bad. I've been in a bit of a funk lately and still haven't gotten used to my new schedule, but this too shall pass.
How'd your writing course go? Are you going to continue writing?
Yes, I love to read. It's one of the few things that takes my mind away from this awful place/situation. I am now reading a science-fiction novel by Kevin C. Anderson called Hidden Empire and Jerusalem. I really love reading biographies of royalty. I'm not sure what I'll read next, perhaps a historical fiction novel by Ken Follett.
Do you get along well with your ex?
I have never had a personal visit since I got locked up nine years ago.
