My June 25, 2013, legal letter/affidavit sent to United States Attorney General Eric Holder, seeking the appointment of a special prosecutor to prosecute the evidence of racketeering by a faction within Florida's legal community, has yet to be responded to...
I am concerned by the United States Attorney Generals, failure to acknowledge the evidence of racketeering by a faction within Florida's legal community. Due to this concern, I am now begging the readers of my blog to E-mail the United States attorney General (www.usdoj.gov) inquiring as to the disposition of my right to seek prosecution of the evidence of racketeering which has kept me falsely imprisoned on death row for over thirty years...
Those within Florida's legal community guilty of racketeering have manipulated the legal system to undermind all safeguards assuring the innocent receive a fair and impartial appellate process. The prosecution of those guilty of racketeering would result in the immediate halt to the signing of death warrants (including mine) and bring about the eventual abolition of Florida's corrupt death penalty scheme...
For the reasons expressed, I also request you notify media sources, and all concerned, to the evidence of racketeering conveyed through my blog. Prosecution of those abusing the legal system for personal gain, will not occur without public outcry to assure innocent individuals are not executed in the name of God, country, and society...
