ATTEMPT TO SILENCE MY WRONGFUL CONVICTION

On July 29, 2013, Florida Department of Corrections underhandedly issued a 'Notice of Rule Development' designed to ban inmates from establishing and maintaining an internet presence. If this rule were to be adopted, I would be subjected to the torture of disciplinary confinement, along with the loss of my mail privilege. As I will refuse to comply with wanton criminal violations of my First Amendment right of free speech. Simply put: I am a victim of over thirty years of abuse, who has found an avenue to be heard and will no longer be hold silent through threats of torture by the criminal element attempting to keep the evidence of their crimes against me concealed within the dungeon walls they hold me falsely imprisoned behind...

It is a documented fact, Florida leads the nation in wrongful capital murder convictions. An ominous distinction indicating there is something seriously wrong with Florida's legal system.

I am innocent of any kind of murder, and my wrongful conviction reveals the evidence that defines what is wrong with Florida's legal system. Through my blog, I have been able to exhibit before the court of public opinion, overwhelming evidence of racketeering by a faction within Florida's legal community. A criminal enterprise, capitalizing off Florida's death penalty scheme to the tone of over 51 million dollars a year... which is a huge incentive for those within Florida's legal community guilty of racketeering to exert their influence over the Department of Corrections to ban inmates such as myself from having an internet presence.

A copy of this rule development can be found on the Florida Department of Corrections website. Rule No. 33-602.208.

It is my prayer all who read this will go to the Department of Corrections website and voice your dissent to the adoption of this rule designed to violate my First Amendment right of free speech. As the evidence I have document throughout this blog demonstrates without the privilege of being able to appeal before this court of public opinion. The criminal enterprise operating within Florida's legal community will be the only ones to benefit through keeping me silent. As I am unjustly held locked behind their dungeon walls!!!

Thank you for reading my blog,
