Sept. 10, 2013: Watching "Big Cat Diaries" on the Animal Planet

It's 7:00am and I'm sitting here watching my show and thinking about you. Usually I watch it every morning. I love nature and animals. I'm a little confused here. You posted a comment about 3 weeks ago and I just got it but I still haven't heard from you. You have my address. Are you nervous? A little shy? That's fine. You said you wanted to write with me and I can't this over a computer. It has to be regular mail. I have no computer access in here. I'll tell you what. I'll give you my brother's e-mail. You send him an e-mail and let him know where I can write you at and I'll write you first. How's that sound? We are hoping to get e-mail in here one day, but until that happens, it's pen & paper. And then you can sit down and think of any questions you have and just ask. Okay. My brother JJ is a very reliable person and he'll get in touch with me as soon as you e-mail him. His e-mail is:

justinpezzeca@yahoo.com

I'll let him know that you will hopefully be e-mailing him soon to let me know how to write you. I'm still waiting for my daughter's therapist to let me know if & when can write to her. She told me that she has to get it approved from the county social worker and she will also take a new photo for me. I haven't seen Krista since she was 7 so I'm really excited to see how she's grown these past 9 years. She'll be 16 next month. I wrote to her social worker and asked how can I have people send her birthday presents. I don't want my baby girl to have her 16th birthday with no presents. That's just not right. I have a friend or 2 that will send her a present to open for her birthday. I can't let her think no one cares. Her mother abandoned her so she probably already thinks that. I'll have to find her a special birthday card too. Never being in her life, it hasn't made anything easier. Prison is not a place where you can do any good. As much as I would like to do better, be better, prison is its own environment and you have to survive. Well, Jillian, I'll end this and hope that I hear from you eventually. I'm just lookin' for a friend. It never hurts to give someone a chance. Take care & I hope you sit down and write me an actual letter or e-mail my brother & I'll write you first. Need an address. Til then. Ciao.
