FDS IMPOSE SAMS
The Federal Bureau of Prisons has now stooped to a new level of cowardice and illegality. Last week I was served notice that the feds would open correspondence to my attorneys and forward letters to law enforcement agencies instead of my lawyers. Of course I will sue to stop this nonsense but it boggles the mind how the feds could even believe I would allow such a flagrant abuse of authority. In America one of the cornerstones of our constitutional system of justice is the right of those in custody to communicate confidentially with attorneys. Now, in an effort to intimidate me and intrude upon my private communications with my lawyers and to prevent me from also communicating confidentially with the news media the feds have decided they may shred the constitution with a memo. I think not and will rest until those who signed the memo face a jury in court.
I remain unbroken and unbowed.
