Texas Retrictive Abortion Law

by Leon Irby (author's profile)

Transcription

Texas restrictive abortion law lower court prohibition reversed, in part, by appeals court, during appeal.

Texas, last week the (5th Circuit) Court of C Appeals, like its circuit in New York City "stop and frisk" case, partly lifted the District Court's injunction against Texas restrictive abortion law, for example, abortion clinics having proximity and access to accredited hospitals.

It's this blogger's early assessment that the Republican Presidents like Bush 41 and 43 appointed "federalist judges" are out to play "conservative politics" in these urgent and uber-important "human rights" liberty cases.
