This is what a SHU cell door looks like though, in this picture, you can't see it clearly. They are much brighter than this. You can see in the cell and see everything inside. It could be this cell has a cover over the light to make it dimmer.
So, yes, this is it, 24/7. Sure, we get an hour and a half of yard every day, but does that really make a big difference? Imagine all the time you have to think.
I made my own chess set, and I sometimes play myself or just practice opening moves, counter moves. What I do most is draw or read anything I can get my hands on.
