This is a lover's question.
Don't get me wrong,
we only wanna know.
Do blacks need the vote?
Why do black folks fight only for the right to vote?
But they never fight for their right to share in the Democrats' presidential after election's victory spoils divvy up!
Therefore, what's the value of their collective winning vote?
Two things are long disputed:
1) Since JFK, in 1960, no Democratic presidential candidate can win without the black vote
2) Blacks during that same historical period, as a racial group, has experienced economical, educational and health, etc. continuous lag.
Just two of endless data cited here in support of this writing.
A) Separation setback
Schools are almost as segregated as they were pre-Civil Rights, an equation that adds up to a divided Generation Z

B) Losing liberties Six years after the election of our first black head of state, Americans are seeing unprecedented attacks against civil rights

Then, while Rev. Jesse L. Jackson, Sr. is left out in the weeping cold and Rev. Al Sharpton, hosting his MSNBC show The Begging Question still remains:
What do blacks get for their vote... their priceless vote in real politics!?
