REQUEST FOR ADMINISTRATIVE REMEDY OR APPEAL
To: Warden
From: Clark, Ronald W.
Number: 812974
Institution: Union
Part A - Inmate Grievance
See attached Informal Grievance 3-14-245. Blood is getting on these leg irons, to put the responsibility of spreading HIV and Hep C diseases in the hands of the inmate is irresponsible and it's dangerous to the health and safety of other inmates and staff who may miss these microscopic presence of blood, that contain the HIV and Hep C virus. This is a very serious health issue, and the steps that I placed in the informal grievance, of inspecting, reporting, and sterilizing leg irons needs to be put in place to protect inmates from these diseases. Thank you for your time and hopefully your help.

They blew it off and are violating OSHA. I'm not done. Monday April 7, 2014 I'll be sending the appeal to the secretary. After that, this will be posted and sent to OSHA and C.D.C.
