D.R. Grievance Appeal
Today, Friday March 7, 2014 I was found guilty of a disciplinary report Log #213-140287 mail violation that was written by Mrs. Mahoney on Feb 28, 2014 at 9:00 am. For the website www.angelfire.com, which was a website placed up in the year of 1999. For it states I'm 31 years old, born on April 20, 1968. This website was placed up before 33-210.101(9) was enacted. This was one of seven websites that I tried to have taken down in 2006. Where I wrote Sgt. Oventrop who mailed the letters out for me. So a copy of these letters should be in my file 33-210.101(9) quote [begin highlight] "No inmate shall be subject to discipline if the ad is not removed subsequent to submissions of the written request." [end highlight] According to this, I should not have received a D.R. for a 15 year old website, that seems to be an abandoned, unmaintained website that's clearly 15 years old and outdated. For this reason, I'm asking that you reverse the findings of the D.R. committee. Thank you.
