Wednesday, April 23,2014, Wisconsin State Republican Governor Scott Walker signed a poplar Bi-Partisan Bill into Law making Wisconsin the only state with a law of its kind.
Establishing a Special Independent Outside Committee to investigate all police involved deaths!
Commentators credit the police shooting of a Madison unarmed white man - Mr John Kennen. Who allegedly drunk entered the wrong house, as the cause of this Good New Law.
Mr Hennan's killing generated numerous moss protests demonstrations and lawsuits.
The officer involved shortly thereafter lost his Police Job - but reportedly unrelated reasons.
Mr Hennan's parents were present at the bill signing.
