Evidence that I was Transferred Out of the Wisconsin Prison System Due to Exercising My Rights

It's one thing to say that the powers that be are conspiring on me, but another thing entirely to be able to prove it. So, attached to this post you'll find all the paperwork related to the decision to send me into federal custody.

What all these documents show (or would show, if you understood how such transfer decisions are usually done) is that:
1) I received a string of false conduct reports (I could further demonstrate the falsity of those disciplinary actions by attaching the records of those proceedings & explaining them to you, but that would weary most readers' patience... You can obtain these records under WI's open records law, Stat. 319.35, et seq.)
2) I was preparing a class-action suit against the prison I was in, concerning widespread abuse of mentally ill prisoners & seeking indictment of culpable staff,
3) Then I was, with unusual quickness and lack of advance notice, shipped off into Federal custody.
4) When I appealed the decision, WI prison officials rejected my appeal on a technicality, mailed the rejection to the wrong address, and I didn't receive it 'til after the deadline to refile passed.
5) In the B.O.P., I'm denied access to the legal materials I need to fully litigate my cases - and the WI DOC refuses to remedy this.
Theses documents reveal more too. They reveal I have a bad record, which can prejudice people from seeing let alone caring about the fact that I was harassed & then transferred in an attempt to kill the journalism & litigation that I was engaging in an effort to end the torture of prisoners in WI's prison system.
By the way, I was not a White "Supremacist," but a separatist, yet exhibited solidarity with any abused prisoners, regardless of their race, sexual orientation, etc., as some transexual Black prisoners will verify.
What I was doing should not be deemed extreme - standing up for the fair, humane treatment of prisoners. (See my posts, "...Abuse of Prisoners in W.C.I.'s Segregation Complex," for accurate descriptions of the physical & sexual abuse I'm talking about). It's sad & scary to me that that would be so offensive that WI would kick me all out of its prison system, into the most dangerous prison system in America. That's a lot of power they misused against an extraordinarily powerless person, a powerless person simply seeking decency.
