I received a comment from you on the 27th. The date on the form letter was 13 May, four days and fifteen hours after it was posted (8 May, i think). It took 19 days for me to get it. :) I mailed in a post answering your questions on 5 May. It took about 7 to 10 days to be posted.

How are you doing, my love? To answer your first question: I'm doing fine. Blue. :) The warm winter here has been good for my arthritis. I'm still working, but only a couple of days a week. Still waiting a new boss, full time. :( I've been walking most mornings, four or five miles a day. I let myself get lazy and fat. 15 lbs over the winter. :) I've been painting in the afternoons. I'm starting a series of James right now. The first one of him and Nancy together, then some of just James for everyone. I did Tim back in February, about eight of them from a picture of him in his 30s. The picture of James is from '99. He sure looked good there.

You've always known that I invent my letters. Put in wrong letters. I can spell it right in one place, and invert in another and not see the differences when i go back over them. You're the one who pointed it out to me.

I talked to Ted at Cella's a couple of days back. Aunt Alice is getting worse. No one seems to know who bad. He said he had tried to call you, but your phone was cut off. Give him a call, love.

The sun has come up. It's going to be another warm day. :P

I think I might have broken the big toe on my right foot again. Sixth or seventh time. I tripped going down the stairs on my way to work. Took my eyes off the steps for a second (know better). The toe is all black and blue, but it doesn't hurt much. My left knee is swollen, my right knee is bruised up. No need seeing a doctor. A broken toe has to mend on its own, and I have the 800 ibuprofen for my arthritis.
