Greetings! I received your comment.
Yeah, bureaucracy at its best. This doctor should have never been written. And thanks to my friend Anne in NY, it finally was overturned and thrown out. The woman who placed all that up on Angelfire. I was told she passed away so that site will be up forever.
This was a vindictive doctor, and I know that classification and the Florida Department of Corruption is not at all happy with me posting these request slips and grievances. They will probably come after me again with another vindictive doctor. But I believe in trying to bring about change, not just sitting around complaining about it. Which is what most guys do.
