Problem: I need an MRI on my hips, an x-ray was done on my right hip around May. We need too figure out where this back and hip pain is coming from. Also on June 16, 2014 I tore something in my left knee trying to get out of the wheelchair. Put in a sick call. Thought the MRI would be done, it wasn't. I need an MRI on that left knee, also need a diet for this high blood pressure.
