Today I dropped my old box of letters and photos in the trash...I've decided that I will only keep letters from special people and photo's of special people - or photo's of scenery i'd like to paint.
Since I gave up fighting and violence, my will has been tested daily..somewhere I know there is some reason, some situation that will trigger the release of the beast I've caged within. Everyday I wake hoping today is not that day...as long as I maintain my calm and clarity of thought I cannot be angered or disturbed, I will not fight, even if it were to save my life...
