Just a note to say hi and see how you're doing. As for me, I'm doing all right. Been down since I was downed ten years. That's a long time for someone of my advanced years (68). Will I even be alive in ten years? Will there ever be a reason for me to want to get out in ten years?
I didn't think it would bother me when I was denied ten years since I was never getting out anyway. But it bothers me, puts me in a state of depression. We all need hope and dreams, someone to love, someone to love us.
My love, where are you? With no hope of reaching you, I write to you. As I have always, as I always will. Cold Mountain.
How can I truly explain who you are to me? You are my fixed star, my lighthouse in the cold and dark world.
Here's a pretty horrible picture: a sick, angry, demented old person who no one wants to care for! I hope that isn't one of us.
