Update:
Portage, WI., May 19, 2015. Since May 7, 2015, when Inmate Ramirez allegedly used a pencil to stab a guard about the Eye and upper Body Area, the whole Prison has been on a Full lockdown.
No visits. No out of Cell Recreation. Only Emergency movement like for Medical Care.
As of Monday, May 18, 2015, the prison is undergoing a cell by cell Shake-down [Aka, Search].
