John Q. Public
Again, my name is James Freer, an inmate at Waupun Correctional Institution, PO Box 351, Waupun, WI, 53963-0351.
Whoever reads this, please copy and put on as many websites as you can my URL (http://betweenthebars.org/blogs/7297/). Please post on Facebook, Twiter, Google, Earthlink, etc.
I'm currently in the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, District IV. I seek a large law firm to handle a non-class action lawsuit, no class acts, no ACLU or NAACP. The issue with the mentally ill in our prisons in State Prison vs. the U.S. Supreme Courts order: the mentally ill cannot be [ware]housed in any prison. Their order also said to get them out! Any law firm, mail contacts only.

A quick note: not a word since Supreme Court of Wisconsin Runner J. Kloppenburg (who has now taken this case). The two Assistant Attorney Generals Potter and Weber share something in common. The ability to falsify records with the intent at fraud. See Freer v. Crabb on Lexis Nexis or Westlaw. Be careful, it is deceptive and untrue.
FYI
Always obtain the civil docket contents or, in many cases, you are misled. The Civil Docket contents will show you an accurate account of this case. You will then know who is telling the truth or not!
Contact me here at Waupun by mail only please.

You are hereby notified that the Court has entered the following order:
-----------
2015AP415 State of Wisconsin ex rel. James Freer v. William J. Pollard
Before Kloppenburg, J.
Appellant James Freer, pro se, moves to stay this appeal. However, Freer has not explained why a stay of this appeal is necessary or appropriate. So far as we can tell, Freer is asserting that the State has engaged in deceptive practice and misled Freer in some way, and that two assistant attorney generals share a conflict of interest. Nothing in the current submission indicates why a stay of the appeal would be warranted.
Therefore,
IT IS ORDERED that the notion is denied.
