Dear Amnesty International
Greetings! Im trying to get an education , GED
and better myself . Procedure 501,106 section (2)
(e) allows death row inmates to get an education,
but the Bureau Chief of Education has to app-
rove it.
Now the assistant warden mr Edwards was
going to allow me to get my GED ,some one up
top said because of something sapp put into
practice , they couldn't allow it. But whatever
it is ,can't override the rules.
What I'M hoping you will do is write and
make calls on my behalf to get them to allow
me to get my education and better myself.
Please , I need all the help I can get . They
have secure one man cells that takes any secur-
ity issue out of play.
I'm pleading with A.I. to assist me. Thank
you very much for your time and hopefully your
help.
