Been up since 3:30 am. I've gotten quite a bit of writing done. It's 11 am. I need to get my workout going. I'm sitting here at the cell bar's, so I can see out the window in the hall. It's a beautiful day outside. I'd love to be at the beach or out riding a motorcycle. I'd rather be anywhere than in this cage.

I've got to find a woman, someone to make a deep connection with, mentally, physically, and spiritually. guess I'll do some walking, then get into this workout.

Had an excellent workout. Just finished washing clothes and bathing. Which one of our Officer's needs to go home and do. Damn! He stink's, just BO from lack of deodorant. I'm now doing to finish cooking. I'm fixing some burrito's.

The burrito's came out pretty good, not my best. I'm now going to listen to some music and then go to sleep.
