Public & Private integrity must be the same

We are living in a world with a lot of hypocritical people. That's why we have the law killing our black men and getting away with it. That's why we have mayors, judges, DA, school teachers, senators, pastors, and other public figures taking advantage of our children and committing crimes.

The main ones out in the forefront that tell others don't do this or that because the laws and policies says this or that are the very ones that are violating laws and policies. But when a citizen violates that same law or policy, you want to give them the maximum sentence or try to bury them under a prison.

I feel these same people who are violating the laws and policies like they can't be touched and want to do whatever they want to because of their status should be brought before a judge and sentenced to the maximum and buried under a prison, just like they have done the citizen that have broke some of the same laws they are breaking.

We've prayed long enough. It's time for action, not violence. My grandma used to tell me all the time: If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything. It's time out for falling for anything. We are better than that. Enough is enough.

Truth of the matter, a lot of the public figures' private lives are bad as their public lives. They are bullying around their wives, children or girlfriends, etc. Aggressiveness doesn't happen overnight; it's a period of time. This is mean what I am about to say. I understand that there are good cops out there. But when I told the police, I didn't know what was going on. I was told one bad apple spoils the whole batch. That I should have known what was happening in my home.

We as people don't know everything, but when you are arrested with co-defendants, you are automatically labeled as you know what was going on. So when a cop shoots an innocent black man, the citizen should automatically label them as knowing what they was doing.

Sometimes, when you give a person a taste of their own medicine, it doesn't feel good. I am not saying shooting or harming them. I don't believe in eye for eye or tooth for tooth, but I believe in equal justice. If a citizen gets a chance to sit on a jury trial of a police officer or public figure, the citizen should make sure they get the maximum sentence and they get buried under the prison. Citizens should throw away the keys and lock them away for good. Just the same way the law enforcement threw away the key and lock away the citizen for good. They should reap the same benefits.

Citizens, you let them know you are not playing with hypocritical public figures in our communities. You will get them out of those positions and offices. To our citizens who don't really care because the cops or no public figures have ever disrespected you. So you can care less what's going on.

A lot of you are in on what's going on with the racism or you are one of those who are sick and tired of the drug-dealing and shooting, etc. Some of you make false phone calls to the cops about your own race in these communities. Because of what you appear to be. I've seen and heard of a lot of traffic coming in and out of his home. So the cops was called to his home. When the cops arrive, they asked him, "Are you selling drugs out your home?" This man was looking stupid because he didn't sell no drugs; he humbly said, "No sir. I don't." The black man said, "I cut hair. I am a barber and have a permit to cut hair in my home." He showed it to them. So now the cops looking stupid as well. Because they was called out for some foolishness. But you know that wasn't the end of that man's trouble. Every time he look around, a cop was riding by his house, slowing and watching his home. Even though this man proved he was legal to do what he was doing.

I must say some of our blacks in our community has too much idle time on their hands in these communities. Instead of helping each other, we are busy tearing each other down. I've seen this type of situation happen a number of times. Innocent African Americans have been put in jail or prison because of what appears to be. Innocent African Americans have been harassed by the police because of what appears to be. A lot of you are trying to help the cops do their jobs when they should already by doing their jobs. I am not saying keep your mouth shut.

Listen African Americans, the cops play us against each other then sit back and talk about how easy their job was. Make them earn their paycheck. Think about it. Why should you do their job for them?

I know how it is with the drug dealing on the corners. I lived in the hood. I am not a drug dealer. But I've seen the operation of citizens. You criticize, "Oh, I am sick and tired of them selling drugs!" But you be the first one in their tale like you love them. Some of you accept money from them. Oh, the drug money is good until you get mad at them. Then you want to call the cops and rat them out. No crime is good because it affects the whole community. But at the same token allows the cops to earn their paychecks.

Stop being hypocritical with your peers in society. A lot of citizens cause a lot of African Americans to go to jail or prison because of their false statements. We need to stop defeating each other in so many ways. This has got to stop.

This is why it's important to hold our law enforcement accountable. Make them do their job like they supposed to. My cousin was shot and killed September 14, 2015. Apparently the cops wasn't looking for Scooter too hard. They knew his nickname, but they were not determined to get him. April 29, 2016, Scooter murders Quentieria. She was found that Friday. They found items in his home from my cousin and Quentieria. This shoes that if the laces was focused on more important things they could have saved Quentieria's life. This boy Scooter didn't try to run. He was working in that community at a factory.

Our cops' mindset is very troubling these days. All they think about is locking people up for nothing. This is becoming a normal trend for them. Such as the man in Atlanta that was misidentified and charged with murder. Lost everything, his job. Still out of work after they held him in jail for a month. Come to find our he was not even the person who committed the murder, just happened to be in the area. Do you think the cops call this black man's job? To say, "Hey, I misidentified this man. I was wrong. He's okay." Naw. They left these crimes on his record.

People being detained in jails without charges for month at a time because they don't know the law or scared to open their mouth. But if a citizen kidnaps someone and holds them hostage, they will be charged. So makes this legal for cops to do. You cannot hold no one because you want them to do your job for you.

A lot of these cops who are disarming these guns like this needs a background check. The citizen needs to go back and investigate these officers to see how many write ups and how many times their chief failed to put them on desk duty with counseling. 'Cause a lot of them shooting can be prevented. When the citizens find out that the leader of that department failed to do their job, get them out of their office and all the workers under him or her. Because a hiring a new leader is good but can can be of no effect when you have people that was under the old leadership that has the same mindset and don't want to change it. Sometimes, you have to tear down a thing to build a new foundation. That is accurate and must definitely work for the people in your community.

Anytime anyone takes oath in a community or government officer should take it seriously because your integrity is on trial. It's important to do right by the people in your community. Even the people who think their position is the smallest in the community, such as a convenience store. Remember your integrity is on the line. It's important that you do right by the people that comes to your business. Why is it important for everyone to do right by the citizens? It's the taxpaying citizens who are putting the money in your pocket. The citizens make up the community. Guess what: they have a lot of say as to what they will and want to allow in the community.

I think a lot of the time people forget their purposes of why are they cops, judges, DA, nurses, school teachers, etc. We need to reevaluate why did you choose your career you're in. I hope you didn't choose your career based on the following: I can be deceitful and nobody will know. I don't like this particular race, but this is my opportunity to destroy every one of them. Are you one of those who would do anything to get to the top of the ladder so you can say I run this, nobody can tell me what to do, and I will run it how I want to. No citizen or anybody is going to tell me what to do. I hope this just not an opportunity for a better check.

Citizens, it's time to stand for something. Stop falling for anything. What you have to say does matter. About the killings done by the cops and any other subjects you feel the need to be addressed.

Citizens, if it wasn't ever a time to pull together: stop fighting each other, stop killing each other, put your weapons down. Gang members, call it truce: find peace with your rival gang members; it's not worth it. Stop raping and killing innocent children. Stop robbing and get a job. Stop carjacking. Stop assaulting each other over foolishness. Stop abandoning your children for a drug, a woman, man, jail in prison; those babies need you. You can't have to put drugs into your body to cover up the pain inside of you. It's time to deal with what is bothering you. Stop using the blaming game. "I wouldn't be if this or that happened to me." Older people, stop tearing our youth down; help them to become better men and women. Grown people, stop taking advantage of children's vulnerability through sex trafficking and child pornography. Religious people, stop brainwashing people to get them to do what you want them to do and teach them correctly.

Everybody needs to stop doing the things that leads us to destruction. There are so many productive things we can be doing. Cops, come on now. Enough is enough.

I want us to start caring about each other more. Just because something is not happening to you today, tomorrow it maybe your turn. Then you will want people to be concerned about you. So stop all this self-centeredness and judgmental mindset. It's time to take a different mindset that would help each individual around you, including yourself.

There are no longer any excuses for the foolishness going on in America.

STOP. Think and change from destruction
to
peace, unity, love and harmony in America.
