Sorry it took so long to write back. Also sorry to hear you're atheist. But you're only 16, so maybe after you think about the complexity of living things, you might realize that all these interconnected living things held in balance are all from the unseen hand who made them.
No, this is not a rough prison. It's not gentle either, but it's not extreme. The guards don't shoot people to break up fights. But if you climb the fence, they will.
I don't know if all serial killers had bad childhoods, but there is a high percentage of killers that did have significant childhood trauma. Mine was particularly bad. This is what Allah wrote for me.
If one or both of your parents reach old age, you should serve them and not disobey them, except if they ask you to worship anything but the One True God.
