To the Empowered/Electors of the State of Pennsylvania
Before you is an issue of grave importance which addresses concerns that only the legislators can fix. For far too long, a mother or father has been overcharged, wrongfully convicted and aggressively sentenced by the hands of our judicial system all because of their geological location. In many instances, it's merely because of who they know and the culture that they were taught to follow.
