How can a president be impeached?
Constitution of the United States Article II, Section 4: Removal from office. The president, vice president and all civil offices of the United States shall be removed from office on impeachment for and conviction of treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.

Does the immigrants in United States have citizen rights?
Yes: rights of persons.
Paragraph VII citizens, protection of all citizens of the United States. Resident in this state are hereby declared citizens of this state and it shall be the duty of the General Assembly to enact such laws as will protect them in the full enjoyments of the rights, privileges, and immunities due to such citizenship.

All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States nor shall any state deprive any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Are the media filled with bad people? Absolutely not. Could the media file a civil suit for defamation of character against Donald Trump for trying to bring blended anger against the media to ruin their reputation and careers? Absolutely yes. They have never abused their liberties when it comes to Donald Trump. They call him out on his lies and the wrongs that he is doing. That is called corrective criticism. But the valid point is the media is doing their job.

Article I, Bill of Rights, Constitution of the State, Section I. Rights of persons, Paragraph V. Freedom of speech and of the press is guaranteed. No law shall be passed to curtail or restrain the freedom of speech of the press. Every person may speak, write and publish sentiments on all subjects but shall be responsible for the abuse of that liberty.

16-7-47 Designation of contains for household garbage, misuse or vandalism of container.
(A.) As used in this code section, the term household garbage means animal, vegetable and fruit refuse matter and other refuse matter ordinarily generated as by products of a household or restaurant, such as tin cans, bottles, paper, cardboard, plastics, and wrapping or packaging materials.

(B.) The governing authority of each county, municipality or consolidated government of this state which provides containers for the dumping of trash or garbage therein shall be authorized to designate any or all such containers as buying suitable for the dumping therein of household garbage only (it shall be unlawful for any person to dump any refuse or other material into the container other than household garbage).

(C.) It shall be unlawful for any person to set fire to the contents of indiscriminate scatter or disperte the contents of or otherwise vandalize any containers provided by any county, municipality, or consolidated government for the dumping of trash or garbage.

(D.) Any person who violates subsection (B.) or (C.) of this code section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
