Hey John,

Thanks for the compliment. I just hope I can keep coming up with interesting things to write about. I was able to get my brother to look up some info regarding this service. For one thing, there is a little over 2,000 of us on the site. He noticed I was at 40 on the number of posts, but then saw some guy had over 300. Naturally, I was thinking, "Man, what has he got so much to write about?" So my brother copied one of his posts and mailed it to me. (???) I'm not sure what that dude's problem is, but it appears he's just copying the stories out of a children's book. To each his own.

I had a talk with my informant again regarding "60 Day In". He told me that the cameraman aren't actually in there with them. The cameras being used are the permanent ones, strategically located to see as much as possible, like we have in here. The only interviews going on are with the people who are guests on the show out of the eyes of the true prisoners. As far as fighting in a closed off room, that's just natural so the officers can't see and break it up, and then put you in confinement. Also, it keeps fellow inmates from seeing and wanting to get in a free shot from behind to help his buddy.

If someone is wanting to kick some guy's butt, he'll just go straight into cell and start at it. I remember about 10 years ago, on three different occasions, this guy I knew busted some other guys' butts. However, before he would go to the guys' cells, he would always grab some toilet paper and start cramming it around his gums and teeth. I guess that is one good hint that he wasn't going there to talk. Ha ha. I'm not sure though if it really did any good because each time he came back, he never looked as though he had even gotten hit. Whereas the other guys' faces were always a mess.

It just dawned on me how you have a certain interest in prison life. With that being said, maybe you should check about getting on that show. Just an idea.

I totally agree with your closing statement concerning how fast this is all going back and forth. If anything, it looks like I'm the one who's taking so long. However, if you take a look at the message I left for the musicologist, you'll see I'm actually rather busy. But that's a good thing here in prison. It keeps you out of trouble.

Well, I hope you stay out of trouble yourself. Thanks for writing, so as to keep me out of it as well.
