My Brother Yona Mwanza,
I have been advised by my attorney that you must send the $150 (U.S.) first to start the bank transfer or it will be canceled. The attorney said if I send the money to activate the account, then it is against the law and I will never get out of here!
I am sure you can get help from your bank loan or from friends to loan you the needed money.
